For continuing students proficient in Level 1 postures. Emphasis on building endurance and discipline in Level 2 postures.
This is a stronger and deeper practice. The postures require experience with alignment in the body taking the student deeper in their ability to go towards the pose. Minimum 2 years experience.
Open to all levels. Pose modifications will be given.
Open to all levels for an early start to the day. Classes align yogic breathing with movement.
Focused on building strength and flexibilty for those experiencing the effects of age & gravity. Those who need a slower paced class or students who are recovering from illness or injury.
Basic movement and basic breathing is taught in this on-going class. This is for any beginner and can precede an ABC series.
This class incorporates props to support resting, healing and rejuvenating postures for all levels of students.
